Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process all orders as they are placed. Some items are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for fulfillment.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing includes verification, packing, and handing over the package to the shipping carrier.

We utilize UPS and USPS.
SHIPPING RATES AND FEES
Shipping rates and fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and shipping method. The shipping costs will be clearly presented to you at the checkout page before finalizing your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes vary dependent on the shipping method, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.
Once shipped, delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that these are approximate timeframes and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We do not offer expedited shipping. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
TRACKING AND ORDER STATUS
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If an order has already been shipped or is in the process of being shipped cancellations are not possible.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MIS-DELIVERED PACKAGES
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim investigation. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date indicated by the shipping carrier. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in us being unable to resolve this issue.
Once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.

RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We are an extremely small shop, we do not accept returns at this time.
However, If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store merchandise credit will be issued for full amount of item, not including shipping charges. Once item is returned and received by vendor. Vendor will email store merchandise credit. Store merchandise credit does not expire.
Please allow 5-7 business days to review request.
All damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After the 48 hour window, we will not be able to provide a solution.
